Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and sanitary liners are attached, and include your packing slip.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
